I got a great toenail story for you. One morning my grandmother was fixing breakfast. The milk bottle (this was when milk came in bottles, delivered each morning by the milkman) she was holding slipped from her hand, shattering all over the kitchen floor. She was barefoot & stepped on several shards of broken glass...cut up her feet terribly...a bloody awful mess...she was carried away in an ambulance.
After that her toenails grew out all gnarled and yellowed and too thick to cut with toenail clippers. She finally grew too tired of trying to cope with those nasty toenails that she took a pair of pliers and yanked them.  |
