Yeah laughter therapy is good you know. I am going to Negril by myself this time and whenever anyone asks me who I am going with they always respond with "By yourself?" with a are you sure you want to do that tone. Anyway I am on the shy side but I want to meet people while there so you are my inspiration. hehehe (Makes a trip more interesting I think.)
