So before I went to JA I linked up with a dude from myspace who happened to live in St Ann. I contacted him and asked if he'd take me clubbin when I get there and he said for sure! He sent me a txt to see if I reached yet and so I called him up. He was free my first night so thought he'd come over so we could meet in person. He's ADORABLE.....look at that face.

When he reached the gate, security called and said "Mr. Cliff's here to see you". I walked out to the front gate and there he was in all his adorable-ness. Looked exactly like in his pics and a big grin on his face. He was very nice and a funny ass guy.

So Cliff and I have a few drinks at the hotel bar and some really good conversation. He's a cool guy and has lots of stories. When I told him he looks like a playa he actually got offended We talked about kids, travel, weird girls who contact him on myspace to go clubbin, etc. LOL

The bar closes at 11PM so we decide to walk to the store to get some rum I can keep in my room. Much cheaper too.

And so it goes........you KNOW there's gonna be a toilet story! DWRCL!!!! No I didn't take a pic of me sitting on one this time but there was a BIG toilet issue in my room at 3AM!!!! LOLOLOL. So there we are sitting around drinking and talking and I start to hear something like water....on a floor......
Cliff gets up to go look in the bathroom and half the hotel room floor is flooded with no explanation!!!!!! So at freakin 3AM with no maintenance staff, we have the front desk dude up in there in his dress clothes mopping and fixing pipes in my bathroom!!!

So anyways, mi tiyad and drunk by dis time. Its late and its bed time. The next morning I saw something that shocked the hell outta me. I actually found it quite sad.

Cliff told me that in September his lung collapsed and he had to have surgery on it. Well here's what a Jamaica lung surgery does to a person. I was astonished. He told me to go ahead and post it if I wanted. I actually just about brought up that old Jamaican hospital thread we have cuz you'd NEVER see something like this in North American medicine.

I felt bad cuz it bothers him so much, so I just told him it adds character.

Cliff and I go have breakfast and then he leaves to do stuff while I decide to go to the beach. This is the view from this beach (and the exact same view from my room every day). A new ship comes in here every day! Its so cool to wake up to, I've never seen one up close.

One of my favorite pics I took. This little girl was amused for hours with pretty much nothing. And she had the sweetest laugh, although she wasn't brave enough to smile at me.

These teenage boys were a trip to watch!! They totally approached this group of foreign girls (who were my age!!) and started talking to them. They thought the girls' video camera was cool so they did a little dancing for the video and then wanted to watch it. Within 5 minutes they just invited themselves into the circle of girls and hung there the rest of the day.

Another regular site I found cool on this beach was the helicoptor tours. They were constantly flying overhead for people who paid for the tour. I love helicoptors and the noise they make, wished I could afford to go on one. This picture doesnt' do justice to how close and low to the property these things actually fly.

Here's an indication of the actual location of my room. Nice and close to the beach. On the weekend the locals come in busloads to this beach and the music's LOUD!!!! Right outside my window. It was such good entertainment to listen to and watch the dancing.

While I hung at the beach this day, I was obviously sitting alone. After a while some dude sent a waiter over with a drink for me....LOL. So I figure I'd be courteous and go sit over by him. His name was Matt from New York, and he was here visiting his mom and family from Spanish Town for the week. So they all decided to come to the beach. I met his nephew, brother and his mom also, very nice people.

After some good conversation with the family they were all heading back to their hotel. Matt wanted to get something to eat so invited me for dinner. I suggested "The Ruins", which JMiss had told me to try. Dont' know if any of you have been there but its the coolest restaurant. There's a big waterfall there, but inside.....like the restaurant is built around a real waterfall. Unfortunately I didn't have my camera with me but I found this pic on the net of it. Very cool, food was alright.

This evening, after beach day and dinner with Matt, i decide to get in touch with some ETJ-ers. I called Dickey to arrange my ride to Kingston later in the week. i called Lucky to arrange when I'll see him in Kingston, and called our member "Newgyal". Never did get ahold of her, just got voicemail and left a message. I didn't hear from her til the last day so we never met.

Then my phone rings and who di hell is it????????????? GHETTOGURL calling to make sure I'm gettin some d**k. She's a skanky whore I tell ya! Wasting her phone cards on a call like dat????

Tonight was club night with Cliff. He shows up around 10PM and amazing enough the hot little security dude gives me a hard time trying to bring someone up to the room! I just did the night before and NO ONE cared!!! So we have to go to the freakin front desk and fill out a BIG form just to go up for an hour before the club.

I had to forgive the security guy though....he's CUTE as a button. And usually wears that hat sideways....nice security. LOL

After getting ready, Cliff and I leave for the club. We walk into a part of Ochi I hadn't yet seen and find a club called "Rooftop"???? Can't remember and didnt' have a camera at the club...LOL. All I know is the ridiculously HIGH spiral staircase was like an amusement ride tryna come down after a few drinks.

This place was nice though, on the rooftop of course. Dark and not super crowded...perfect for some dancing of to the side, GREAT music. Cliff's a great party guy!!! He bought me a couple magnum and we just wine it up in di cawna all night!! Was fun.

He walked me back to the hotel and we didn't bother trying to get him in again. It wasn't worth the looks at the front desk.

Sunday morning I got up, made a couple phone calls and had nothing to do. A bit of a headache from magnum the night before.... So I decided to walk around town and find something to do. It only took me about 10 minutes to spot an internet cafe and realize that's EXACTLY what I been missin.....ETJ.

Before this i had been txt messaging TIA all damn day so thought I should just go on the net. That's when I posted a few times while I was away. I never did make it back on the rest of the trip.
