Truly, I would sue.

However, please note that Jamaicans have highly skilled surgeons from all over the world who are as professional as any other doctors.

I dont know what his story is and I would dare speculate, but that i snot typical of Jamaicans surgeons.

Also,
I dont know if your friend told you but he has (what we call back home) keloid skin.
Thats the reason why it scar looks as bad.

People with such conditions can have a very small legion on theior skin and in a short time, it "grows" into a massive scar.
I am sure that if you looked at other areas of his body you will see the same such conditions.

Sadly enough, the cause is still unknown.
