Hey guys I'm back now....but can't say I'm home. I just left home behind in Negril. I've been reading posts this morning seein that a few have missed my presence here. Thanks, its nice to be missed.

I'm in a very somber mood today, this has been my worst return ever emotionally. I went from laughing on the beach yesterday to cryin on the same beach when everyone came to say goodbye to my son and me. They were all askin how we could just up and leave our family behind! I asked the same thing.
My boy acquired himself about 10 daddy's this trip and I was supposed to leave him there with them while I come home and work my ass off to get back permanently. Too bad that couldn't happen for real although there are a lot of things in the works right now for my return. Just can't happen fast enough for me...I'm an impatient lady.

I'll finish this story a little later today hopefully, and I'll post the pics too. The ONE thing I never accomplished on my trip is meeting KC. We just couldn't get it together. Between his work schedule and the Digicel network I didn't get in touch with him and some other people. I guess it wasn't meant to be KC, but don't worry....me soon come back.

I hope you guys get in here and start posting things to cheer me up cause I can't be the same JamCan til I hear from you all. Man.....I'm so sad! And Miss, I hope I talk to you before you leave tomorrow.

Now I'm ready to post a bit more about the trip. I'm having a hard time even looking at my pictures cause I'm so sad. I know you all might think I'm retarded but hey....I'm hooked. "Jamaica-on-the-brain" is a serious disease.

Its funny this trip consisted of the same thing day in and day out....I didn't do ANY tourist things like I thought I would do for my son's sake. I figured he'd want to do all that stuff since he's a kid but he was just as content as I was just soaking up the people and the culture. He told me he was born for that place. So every morning we just hung with the people and every afternoon we had to go to Rick's so he could dive. All the diver's that work there basically adopted him and it got to the point where they would come pick him up at the cabin and take him alone. I would go meet them later and after dark they would take us for dinner and drive us home.

And the others that I met....fantastic people. Everyone that works at Irie bar just confirmed to me that I have "a likkle touch a yaard" in me. That's what the waitress kept tellin me! heeheehee. I never doubted it for a second! So anyways...as usual there's so much to tell but don't know where to start. One of those things where you just had to be there to know. My family in Jamaica is growing and that can only make things better for me in the long run.

Sorry I didn't get ahold of you though but I was having tons of problems with the Digicel network and swapping back & forth between Digicel & Cable and Wireless. Neither one of them did me much good.

My picture was stripped from the plane because they knew I was no longer loyal to Canada.

oh JamCan - welcome back girl. your pics were great, i can see why it would be so hard to come back... i'm glad you had so much fun though, and its great that your son had such a good time too. (it's in him too - YAY!!!) now you guys can share your love for JA together. we missed you around here, and i hope you can cheer up soon. we love ya....

jc even your son looked so relaxed while he was there. your pics are great and it looks as though fabian couldn't get enough of you.

LOL that Fabian was such a dumb ass. The guy is 19 and all up in my face at all times. He was sweet but annoying!
