Back from negril too!!
ok so i had an amazing time.... after spending over 48 hours on planes and waiting in airports i arrived in kingston i was meant to have a stopover in nyc however every single flight on the way was cancelled or delayed...i was a wreck on my arrival but was soon cheered up by my friends whos car didnt wanna go anywhere!! i was laughing my head off everytime we swerved off the road out of the way of speeding cars and when i jokingly said ill hitchhike i didnt realise ppl were gonna pull over and take me!!!
so we stayed in kings til the next day (waited for the car to be repaired) and headed to negril.... i was so happy to be driving there as i got to absorb every little thing along the way... we stopped at a friends friends in the most beautiful little spot and the kids were coming home from school at the same time...they were showing off for me as i sat on some grass drinking coconut water and realising i was in one of the most stunning places id ever seen.... At negril i met my neighbours straight away some beautiful german girls ...we became the german sisters even though im aussie im half german and we all looked similar.....gorgeous blondes lol... I soon realised i had to slow down my pace and stop thinking so much...with limited money i also couldnt plan to do all that much ....ok so i dont really wanna go into details about my partner but we operate like were part of each other...spent a whole lotta time chillin with him.... can u believe i didnt get drunk once!! i was tipsy the nite i went out with just the girls but never drunk in jamaica! i cant believe it actually but realise i was soooo happy i didnt even need to!. I went to mi yard to pick up dinner one nite and thats were the girl was giving me "the look"!!!!!!....had 2 marriage proposals from complete strangers and many many ridiculous pick up lines!!! I said hello to jamcans friend at selinas cafe and had the most delicious home made fries there...damn her kids are so gorgeous and sooo friendly.... how do jamaicans know about australia?? coz were playin em in the cricket!! and just happened to be the exact time i was there....how dissappointing to be known by such a lame ass sport ( sorry cricket lovers).... If i was to complain about one thing in negril it would have to be the lack of chocolate...i made up for it by eating the icecream at blue water cafe!!! the most amazing moments are all the silly things me and my man got up to but u guys probably wont find it as momentous as i do...im gonna downsize sum pics shortly .....

Regardless of how short that was or that the pictures were missing I THROROUGHLY enjoyed reading it. Simple, to the point and you mentioned me!
 I can't wait to see your pics. Oh, and Selina's is the BOMB right? I love her food.

Great START on a trip report. We want more and of course we want pics. Thanks for sharing. I didn't know about Selina's fries so will have to check it out next time I'm in Negril, which by the way JC will be soon.

hey girl i like your report. i love it when people go to jamaica and don't get caught up in all that AI crap. the best part was when you talked about sitting in the grass with your coconut water watching the kids. the kids ARE wonderful and i enjoy them the most when i visit.
yes, people really will stop and pick you up. i also get many offers (and they aren't route taxis! lol) every time i'm walking or standing by the road. the offers are usually accompanied by whistles, catcalls, and winks. gotta love jamaica! can't wait to see the pics.

IM STILL BUSY DOWNLOADING AND SCANNING BUT HERES A COUPLE TO GET U STARTED......im scared to put sum on there incase urban gets to them!! i got some great ones of me being a psycho lol but its asking for trouble!!!
