Louis farrakhan the son of a jamaican cab driver and his mother from the st. kitts has really become one of the final voices in the black american fight. I have a few questions. Do jamaicans consider farrakhan their own, i know that he is a national black leader for all people of color but when jamaica talks about 'their" own does his name come up??? Will any members here take the trip to washington dc, to here the message. With kitrina still fresh on everyones mind will our hearts be in attending the message or will the masses heads be other places like families and friends that still have not been found, or just in general the total hurt that we are still feeling. Just something to think about.

The Honorable Mininster Lewis Farrakhan in my opinion is a very brilliant and intelligent Man and truly a choosen man of God and I know that God always will and has risen up a Prophet in the mist of his people to gather His sheep together. I met Minister Lewis Farrakhan a long time ago back in 1975 who was the Minister of Temple No. 7 in Harlem New York.
Although I am not Jamaican my husband is and I myself have never heard any mentioning of Minister Farrakhan's name in Jamaica and I am not saying that his name hasn't been mention because I am sure that it has, I just don't know how the Jamaican people feel about Minister Farrakhan but it would be interesting to know.
I will pray that The Honorable Minister Lewis Farrakhan continue to have a long life and I will always have love in my heart for this true man and messenger of God.....Peace and Blessings Star
