This is absolutely ridiculous. In 1991 the US was fighting alongside these people to help them keep their country. Today Kuwaitis who were helping poor villagers near the afghan border sit in US-run jails without trial or even basic Geneva Convention rights.

This is nothing short of absurd... their only crime was being Arabs in the wrong place at the wrong time--and it's been over 3 years!
