He was snorting and drinking at the same time - that's a common theme of disaster. Its just a nasty shame that innocents get mixed up in the situation.

Thats messed up yo!!!! Yu woulda feel seh di man woulda put down di pickeny and run. At least maybe she would've had a chance. I don't care if he was on drugs or not he should've had some heart for his own flesh and blood.

Bad procedure....where are the snipers???

Unless the guy was pointing the gun at the kid, there was no reason to take 90 shots at him. Even still, it should have been 1 and dead by a sniper.
