When people talk about reparations for slavery, these are the kind of issues I would think compensation coming from reparations should be used to deal with. Why aren't the big world powers running to innundate Africa with funds and resources to fight this disease? Where is the World Police?

It doesn't capture people's attention the way a big wave does.

By the end of 2004 there were an estimated 39.4 million people living with HIV/AIDS. An estimated 25.4 million of those are in sub-saharan Africa.

In Botswana and Lesotho, nearly a third of the adult population has the disease. This is a tragedy beyond belief.

as they never want to say that slavery was a crime against humanity like the shoa they won't admitt that aids is man-made virus that was create by mistake on experiments on the polio vaccine in africa.
this is a real genocide for africa and western country are full responsible for that, the most cynic part of this is that the big pharmaceutical companies are fighting third world countries who want to produce generics treatment for aids to keep the exclusitivity and sell it so expensive that most of third world country ppl can't afford to buy them .
