I dont support Israel's latest response to the issues in Gaza. In fact, I strongly condemn their actions. Still, there is more to lose by turning our backs on them.

The happenings in Israel has always infuriated me. I don't need to see the images to know the reality of the situation. I don't even want to look at them. This morning on the news they were showing pictures and talking to Palestenians who were students and teachers at The American School in Gaza that was recently reduced to rubble. The Israelis admit to bombing it but say it was used by Hamas after hours. Blowing up schools, regardless of whether rebels used them, is truly unforgivable. It is unforgivable that children are punished for the sins of their government. I just hope that the school, which operated on donations, is able to rebuild soon.

Honestly, I don't think the war in Isreal will ever stop, but at the very least, Americans should stop funding it.

I would still love to visit Israel and Palestine (Gaza Strip and West Bank) but I wonder why a lot of our tax payer money is going over there. I never voted to send money any other country. The U.S. Government should give me a free vacation over there.

Well maybe if you did visit, you could probably get some of that money they are sending over there.

I know that I stand alone on this but, though I detest many atrocities that are being perputrated in Israel on the Palestinians,I dont support a boycott.

Besides, what will a boycott to Israel do, anyway?

I guess you can say anyone who has never been to Israel before is already in a lifelong boycott by default. I've never been to Israel.

Because this is a democracy, the people ultimately share the responsibility if their government misbehaves. Same as us.

Squeezing the government hasn't worked, so must must now squeeze the people themselves. Boycotts creates a ripple effect in society. Maybe empty store shelves will do what diplomacy has failed at?

Ending the racist ideaology called zionism.

That is awful and those pics are heart wrenching.

I didn't realize there was a building of another "berlin" wall.

To answer the question... Jesus would try to reach out to all and continue to spread the word of God. Speaking against evil.

A boycott won't be too effective while the US government keeps pumping cash into Israeli trade and into the Israeli war machine.

And this will continue as long as merchants and companies rule the world.

The creation of Israel was, to me, a major mistake. It plunged a big chunk of the world into perpetual war.

That being said, we can't turn back time now and we need to accept the fact that this country exists, and we need to ask it to return the favor and allow the Palestinians to found their own.

There will never be peace as long as Palestinians don't have a homeland.
