frankster nah do too bad.
The delimma of reparations ....

It has been one Yr now that S.Africa Thabo Mbekhi has Agreed to pay 1/4 of the sum recommended by the "truth and reconciliation commission " to victims of apartheid .

These victims are now adjusting their struggle for compensation in two ways

1. Their are now turning their legal attentions to American and foreign companies that benefited from apartheid
2. As well as pressing the S.African Government to institute a Tax on rich whites or those who have and had benefited immensely under apartheid .

My own question is speaking exclusively and specifically of matters pertaining to and having to deal with matters only related to apartheid's racial policies , Should the present Government of S.Africa( having) been held responsible for the acts or debts of the "Apartheid regimes " ?

Do you think they are right in their new undertakings ?

what's your thoughts ?
