The funny thing with Canada as they just (May 2006) lowered the right of permanent residence fee. They are dropping prices - apparently to make it "easier" and to promote immigration. It saved me $475, so I am not complaining.

Thats funny - cause Rup got his the day before on May 2, so if it had of been 1 day later we would have gotten a refund!! No such luck!
