Well its still 17 cents a min if you call a cell.....so my calling card is cheaper at 14 cents a min

How do they charge you? Mine charges per second, instead of full minutes no matter what. Also is there a connection fee?

I need a calling card lesson is it better to charge by the second or by the minute? and what callign card is that? I need a new one as the ones I uses to use always gives me a bad connection.

Well.....no connection fee.....but they round to the nearest minute....which sucks...if i call an get a voicemail and listen to it for a second....it charges me for a minute

That is one reason I am happy with the service we have. I think it is a crock to charge for a full minute when you don't use a full minute.
