Swell and I were just talking about this via PM. They think it was a small aircraft or helicopter. It's an (50 story?) apartment complex just down from Southeby's (sp?), the auction house. One floor is supposedly on fire now and they are rescuing some trapped.

We leave Friday at 10 a.m.

How long are you staying? Roughly where in Chi. are you staying?

We come home Sunday late afternoon. Staying in downtown area.

Going to see Blue Man Group Friday night.

I leave Sunday at 6:40 from ohare. Staying in the burbs with my sister (algonquin) which is west subarbs I think. Going to Wicked the play thursday night, out downtown on Friday to hear friends boyfriend play in a band, and Saturday going to see some christian concert, And visit the grandparents sunday before i head back. Cant miss the Italian cooking from the grandparents when I visit.

May be back for New Years, which is a blast to celebrate downtown. Last year went to Rock Bottom Brewery and stayed at a hotel, which is a must after a night of drinking.

We'll be out and about downtown Friday and Saturday night. Thinking of going back for Christmas/New Year's maybe too.

The plane hit the Belaire Condominiums. Wow.
Funny though, the report is 90% about if terrorists did this and 10% about the guy who died. Shouldn't it be the other way around? I doubt terrorists want to blow up luxury buildings with a cessna. Unless these are broke terrorists.

Update: The plane was registered to New York Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle and a member of the Yankee's organization was on board.
