An angry mob chopped to death three men accused of stealing a goat in Westmoreland in a bloody weekend which saw at least 10 Jamaicans being killed. Reports from the police are that, about 8:30 Saturday night, the three men were seen with a goat in a Toyota motor car on a farm...
