Tips for Weight Loss
Losing weight is quite a big challange if you have many pounds to shed. Over weight is not a sign of good health. Over weight may lead to high blood pressure, heart attack etc. Here are some tips to lose weight:
1. Drink 8-10 glasses of water each day - this helps flush your body of impurities and fat. You can also substitute a few glasses of water for green or herbal tea.
2. If possible, purchase fresh foods and avoid package (processed) and convenient foods such as fast food. Packaged and convenient foods are often higher in sodium and fat content.
3. Do not skip meal. Eating small frequent meals help to balance your calorie intake throughout the day and also keeps your blood sugar level balanced. Instead of eating 3 big meals, try to eat 5 - 6 smaller meals throughout the day.
