Omg!!
Why is tummy fat sooo hard to loose?????
For crying out Loud!!!
I was a size 14 at one point in time...lol..yeah skinny ol' me went up to a 14...Now I'm a 10..aiming for an 8..and hopefully staying there...
Tummy went down COOONnsiderably!!!, but there is still some left ....and for the life of me, it WON'T go nowhere!!!!...
This thing is sooo stubborn..i feel like beating it into submission..lol
Hubby is fine with where I am...compared to how i was looking before..lol...but you know us women, if we feel something is still wrong we gonna do our uttermost to fix it...
I'm on my diet, doing my excercise and what not..but bwoy.....

leg lifts
lay on your back and lift your legs bout 5 inches from the ground and hold them there while you crunch!
once you gain strenght....you move the legs up and down only rasing them bout 7 inches but never letting them hit the floor....GREAT for lower tummy!
for upper tummy, i use the ball!

Ab exercises won't let you lose the tummy fat. They'll just develop the ab muscles. To lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you consume. So it's all about consuming less calories and exercising more to burn more calories. If you burn more than you consume, you will lose weight. If you consume more than you burn, you will gain weight.
Keep up the exercise programme, drink more water, cut out junk food, cut down on the portions, eat more small meals during the day (breakfast, mid-morning healthy snack, lunch, mid-afternoon healthy snack, dinner) and don't eat late at night.

That's what I do...the leg lifts......a whole heap..plus sit ups...and some cardio vascular....

That I do as well....junk is totally out...well for the most part...and I have completely given up late nigh eating...
That was my down fall to begin with..

Yeah..but I have a small built frame so I'm not suppose to have all that weight on me...just don;t look right....

everybody not made to be a size 2 and not every body made to be a size 14!.....size 14 would be gigantic for me!

my dad is a personal trainer and you sound just like him.....LOLOL
what do you do when you want to lose ONLY the tummy! and so you dont want to burn all the other "roundness" cuzz it looks good?
my dad says you cant spot reduce, but ima damn sure try....LOL! cuz its only the belly i want to loose!

DWL...I'm right there!!!!!!!!!!!...hahahahahaha...some one who UNDERSTANDS my struggle!!..
But your father is right...I said in another thread that fat is just one big entity...you can;t aim at one part...it won't go no where...they move together...so if you want to lose one part...you haffi aim all ova.....I know this..but somehow still want to try to go around that...lolol..to no avail...

There ya go...cause I sure aint made to be no size 14..not even a 12..maybe a 10....but 6-8 is weh mi fi deh..mi nuh like it...cause to me that too skinny.....but a dat God gimmie....So mi aggo love it....cause any other thing no fit mi maasah
