Can't Sleep!!!!

For many years now, I've been suffering from insomnia. It's very frustrating not being able to sleep through the night or even fall asleep, period! Once in a while I take a sleeping pill (Ambien) to make sure I get a full night's sleep.

Does anyone else have this problem?
