headaches
I heard from my boss that chocolate is good for headaches, because of the caffeine..
Is this true?

Your boss is an idiot! 
Caffine is a STIMULANT! Therefore no! That is not going to help! The hormone that is released when a woman eats chocolate is the same as the hormone that is released when you have an orgasm so THAT might help for the MOMENT.... but bot it the long term.
Try herbal (non-caffinated) tea green tea or something! Keep away from TOO much sugar!

when i have a realy bad headache the only thing that helps is excedrine. i looked on the bottle to see what the active ingredients are and it said "acetometaphen (sp), asprin, and caffiene" so maybe it does have something to do with it.

It depends on the type of headache. Caffeine is used to treat migraines. An old rememdy was to drink some coca cola syrup when you felt a migraine coming on.
It is more effective on vascular headaches than muscle tension/stress ones.

I used to get headaches almost everyday and one of the suggestions from my doctor was to cut back on chocolate, tea, etc. That didn't help me. I realized it was something else (contraceptive pills) that was causing my headaches. After switching to a lower [estrogen] dosage, my headaches have subsided significantly and infact, now I mostly get headaches just before my period is due.
