I have got the WORST headache today, since the minute I woke up. I had this EXACT same headache a week ago today. Unfortunately for me, NOTHING works on my headaches except bedtime and waking up the next day.

Sigh my migraine was so bad last night Jammie had to listen to me puking LOL!!

Wasn't so funny then...I've never had a headache that bad in my life...I wanted someone to put me out of my misery!!

Today it lingers waiting..probably till I start work to come back!..sigh

I had a killer yesterday. Figured out I hadn't really had much to drink for two days. I downed some chocolate milk and a whole lot of water and it pretty much eased away.

I don't get headaches... an occassional sinus one I suppose but some over the counter stuff remedies that real quick.

Right now I have a majore headache - and I don't want to take pain killers...

Had my eyes tested on Sunday and apparently I see out of one eye for distances and the other for close up!!! They don't work together hence the headache...

Yeah - maybe water will help Winds... I'll try that today.

hello all,
I think it is the theobromine in the chocolate that does the trick. The caffeine is not really the thing you want, but some do say it helps for migraines---go figure.

The theobromine is calming and yet gives you energy, that is if you get the dark 70% one as it is more healthy for us.

Chocolate contains caffeine. Caffeine helps a lot to get relief from headache.
