sorry dont like diets!! lol i went to weight watchers once and that was the closest thing to eating normally as it teaches you life lessons... take out the t and you die!! the best thing you can do for yourself is have a bit of everything in life and make sure your in control of the food and not let food control you.
I do however believe one type of diet is good when your very ill and that is an internal cleansing diet based on natural juices and medicine but that is for healing only.
Its funny how they keep changing the food pyramid every couple of years!....its time for a serious overhaul of the government health system 1 in 3 children are now overweight or obese and at risk of heart disease before the age of 20...

I eat healthy, walk every single day at lunchtime (while I call Jamaica, mind you), and take 3 exercise classes a week.

hmmm, i tried the atkins diet, it worked for me but it's so hard!!!
i also tried to cut down by eating once a day, lost sum w8 on dat but gained it back.....
if u ask me, most diet plans work, when ppl say it aint working, datz cuz dey didnt do wat da diet says to do,,,,,they prolly cheated on it.....i'm gulity of complaining too, but realized dat i cheated on it

Guys! the South Beach Diet worked for me like a charm. It is in 3 phases, Phase 1 - rapid weight loss (unhealthy), Phase 2 - Slow weight loss (healthy but we need a quick fit, Phase 3 - Mtce (Might never get there cause of cheating diet) so always have to go do a Phase 1 to get back in shape.

i just cut what i eat make it smaller. dont drink soda, juice but i put water in it.

I'm on the "eat whatever I want and see what happens" diet. But it doesn't work very well. Ladies and gentlemen, I'm convinced that all people need to do is get off their asses and work out. Get out the house....walk, run, cycle, go to the gym, get weights at home and do them!
I bet if everyone have a treadmill in front of their TV and committed to walking on it the while they watch the same amount of TV...we'd all lose weight and be healthier! I'm not a big advocate of dieting as you can see. That's why I have a dog....so I go for walks!

funny coz im on that one now too!! as long as i burn what i earn.... i mean work off what i put in.... thats all that matters... oh and im seeing an extremely HOT personal trainer next week ladies wish me luck lolol

I think eating MORE will make you lose weight. People are always dieting and never lose any weight. I eat whatever, whenver and cant gain an ounce.

All dies are no good. If you want to loose weight itīs best to just change your eating habits all together. Watch what u eat, look at the sugar and fat contents of the products. Drink a big glas of water b4 each meal and so on.

I'm trying to lose 15 pounds(that I gained due to stress) so I'm basically getting back to a healthier lifestyle. Cutting out sugars(except for occassional pieces of the most DECADENT chocolate), diet soda, potatos, pasta(except for whole wheat), rice(except for brown), white bread and fried food. I'm also walking my dogs in the morning and doing yoga.

I on the Jomo's cooking diet.....lots of fish & chicken, veggies, white rice, and dumplings for sides.
