LOL okay first of all her computer's in the living room!!! Next, she DID say I could check my email on hers....so I checked ETJ too

Lucky I could have gotten the service people out sooner if I was home during the day, its just they have no evening appts til next week.

Maybe its a simple problem that even I could help you with....

On my cable modem, the "cable" light is out. I was on the phone with support last night and they say either my modem is shot or something wrong with the connection in the house. Imma take my modem in this weekend so they can test it, if its broke they'll replace it free. If its not the modem, I'm not gonna bother fixing it at this time because I'm moving in 2 weeks anyways. They can deal with it at the new house.
