Most TRUE rastas that I know are humble, self assured people.
Are you sure you not confusing them with those co-called publicity, celebrity-type, reggarized entertainers who grow a dreadlocks and call themselves rastas?
Well, u are right, true rastas are very humble people...not sure if its the differences between the ones i know and american people or the feeling that they are better in some way because of the depth of their beliefs, they just come off that way...but they are fully rasta yet

OK...Are you old enough to remember Coronation Street and EastEnders? I am not sure if its still on, but I use to just love those too sitcoms.

Sharon's dad Den had another child no one knew about...Dennis. He came to look for his father and buck up on Sharon. By time they found out they were related they jus decided to leave and start a life elsewhere!

I prefer exactly what I have now in a man whether he is American or Jamaican. Tall about or over 6 feet; chocolate with a beard or goatee.
My friend is 6'3 slim to med build chocolate with a goatee...low close cut..with JA features..I could tell when I first met him before he spoke that he was foreign....
Now locs/bald are acceptable to me as well; whether he is JA or American. (disclaimer all men do not look right wit bald heads...LOL!!!)
The only difference from my other men/relationships is that they were all american straight up and he is straight up JA. "I am sooooo glad he has not become americanized" he has his own JA style. BTW I am not exclusive to JA/Caribean men. I love hebrew/black men period.
This is what I like/prefer...not Morris or Malcolm per se but a brotha that has a goatee/beard and nice low cut and/or bald. I have nothing persoanlly against men of other cultures/races. It's just something about my hebrew/black Lion Kings
