Hey all...
Update:
After a serious gallbladder attack on Friday night and again on Saturday night, I checked into the ER and have been in the hospital for the last three days. Had surgery to remove gallbladder and am now home doped up something fierce....

Lilly... I'm thinking of you and hoping that you have sucessful surgery and are on your way to a speedy recovery and pain-free!!

Girl I'm thinking of you hon...... remember what we talked about!? well I had the worst one ever this weekend so I have got to get things checked out.......glad you are recovering and wont have to go through that awful pain anymore. xx

Lilly.......my mother had a Laminectomy when she was almost 80 and had a 2nd one a year later.....all her pain has not gone as some is down to wear and tear due to age, but she has a lot less pain and she recoverd very well......wish you all the best.

MissB, rest well to regain your strength -- and keeping taking your "dope"!!! Sending love and prayers to you for a speedy recovery.

1stP, your Mom is my hero! I'm glad that she's done well from her surgeries. I'm positive I'll be doing so much better after mine! Wish it were tomorrow v. 11/7. This waiting is driving me insane!

Hi all... thanks for the well wishes... feeling much better today. Decided yesterday when I woke up that I couldn't deal with anymore dope. Drugs were making me sick and yuck... not myself. I am feeling discomfort today but mostly like I just got kicked in the stomach really hard... not too bad. Am definitely feeling much more like myself not on the drugs... ugh. that was awful. Apparently all narcotic drugs make me sicker than sick...

1P... you MUST go in now. Please don't wait. If I learned anything in this experience, it's that waiting does NOT help.

Lilly...I'm thinking of you my friend...looking forward to the time when you are pain free.. for good.

Glad to hear from you, MissB. You've been on my mind. I'm stuck on these narcotics until my surgery -- and I HATE THEM!!! I don't usually deal well with them, but I'm not doing too bad on Vicoden. Trying to take as few as possible so that after surgery, I don't have to take a bunch.

Are you off all week? Two weeks? What's your "duration" for recovery??? I hope you're sleeping a lot and somebody's doting on you. Wish I were there for you . . . miss you bad, girl.

Good plan Lil. Vicodin makes me sick too... they all do, unfortunately. But Tylenol is working pretty well now...

Mom just left, she was with me since Sunday morning. What a trooper. She did so much, I loved having her with me and I'm sad that she's gone. It was actually the first time we've spent that much time together and had such a good time together... how ironic. Guess times like these remind us all of how important our friends and family are to us.

Your mom is coming down when you have surgery yes? You will need lots of help... girls, mom, anyone who can... wish I was closer too... miss you.
