Oh my God...its like this cookie thing with a caramel center....and when you set it on top of your coffee the center gets all melty and delicious......

I only have ever had them from Holland...I have a friend from there and he used to bring them back for me....

Oh, that's just a web site. In the city you can get them at Le Petite Abeille (Belgian cafe chain), Dean & Deluca and I'm betting even Whole Foods.
