What is the name of the little grocery across and up from HearBeat, we stayed there years ago with a older lady in her home, her son I forget his name ran the store, are they ok after ITT(Ivan The Terrible)

In West End at the statr of the cliff area, HeartBeat Cottages,across the street is Tayons Bar, a few shops, then Jennys Rest.Then if you go farther west there is a small building that serves as a store.The woman that runs it lives in a large house behind it , I think the womans name is Dorthy,her son I forget his name runs the store. It would be maybe a little short of half-way between where Fairflakes was and Jennys Rest???????
