Read that book a long time ago...it has chnged my life...I read and reread it on the regular...i reccomend it to everyone.......nothing changes you life like positive vibes!

Yes HT so simple yet so complex and when applied, life changing, its not till watching the dvd that I realised how much I worry even about the simplest of things and the impact that then has on my life. Those thoughts need replacing and fast

I have the DVD and have watched it twice. I have to admit its easier said than done though, but a great concept.

I watched it twice today and already ordered the book and the DVD..

funny thing that happened..

This morning I had a fight with Mr. Man.. drove of vex.. yu kno 'ow it go ... During the last part of the youtube clip when they ask if you want love, happiness.. etc etc.. I kept saying out loud I want love.. love lot's of love.. my co-workers laughed and said.. uh huh.. and love means sex? LOL.. we laughed.. I was holding my phone in my hand composing a text message for my man saying.. You have some bad tempa.. but I still love you.. but before I even send it.. he send me a msg saying: Ur the best baby nuttin test LOVE YOU................... woiiiiiiiiiii now I am buying the DVD... the Book and everything else I can get LMAO.

I agree thats what I mean simple but complex its like retraining,de programming your mind......I've made up my mind I'm gonna work on it though I've started doing some of the simpler tasks they suggest like making a point to take time out daily and reflect/meditate on the blessings in my life....trus mi....no matter what mood you are in after one of those sessions you feel a shift in your spirit and a sense of optimism
