The Cost of living

Cold weather

The economy. Jobs are booming, oil & gas and construction. People are moving here at a rate of about 5000 per month (I think).

Geez...that sounds like Atlanta. In the past year I have seen so man license plates from California, Alabama, Louisiana, Arizonia, Mississippi, etc.... How is the housing market up there? It's sinking here. Georgia has one of the highest foreclosure rates in the nation.

For now its booming....hence the problems regular people like me are having. The average purchase price of a single family home is about $450,000. 3 years ago that same house would have sold for about $180,000. The average rental rate of that house right now is $1500-$1800/month. Its forcing people to live with other people because no one (except the rich oil and construction people) can afford it.

Sounds like London, UK

Average price for 3 bed house is $600,000 at todays exchange rate. That means a person had to find $60,000 JUST FOR THE DEPOSIT.

sick n tired of being sick n tired of all the bull ****!!!!
For once I would like to wake up and everything just go right for me...... everyone pulling thier own weight, behaving themselves, looking out for someone other then themselves... and all of this done without me threating to rip someone another asswhole or have someone decapitated, (depending on the time of month I'll threaten and if pushed will attempt both).
