I personally don't... Seeing it as a joke... an item that evokes mirth...

But would be interested to find out why others find it offensive...

Who does it offend?? Why does it offend you?

Wendy from Peter Pan is the 'speaker' - is she considered a mask covering the offensive...?

I find it contradictory. That innocent face with the "***** please" comment doesn't go together. Why would someone be offended by that?

Call me thick but I dont see the controversy. Give us another when you stop being scared of the mods. Controversy is good. I dont believe in censorship. We are all big girls and boys.

i own up to my share of that

as for the mods,
we had at one point some pretty strict ones
the intention of the site was to be a family oriented and sfw site
things like some of the old avatars and jokes about homosexuality were frowned upon until a new generation of mods took over
now they too have gone
and we now have a fairly moderate group (lol ...chuckles at the double usage)
i sometimes miss the unruly crowd but at least i am not being penalized for using the word penalize (is that penalise in the UK?)
