Bermuda Triangle: Myth, Magic or Mystery
Almost 500,000 square miles of Atlantic ocean. From Miami to Bermuda to Puerto Rico. This mysterious area, (also known as the Devils Triangle) has spawned countless movies, twice as many novels and unimaginable tales of mystery.
From stories of UFOs, sea-monsters, sumberged cities and time-travel portals; where dozen of ships, planes and people are believed to have disappeared with no rational explanation.
Though uncharted, the area DOES exist...but is there any truth to the many rumors and tales of mystery?
What have you heard about it?
What do you believe about it?
Would you visit the Bermuda Triangle?

Re: Bermuda Triangle: Myth, Magic or Mystery
I fly over it every week and the only thing weird is the fact that I am working when everyone is sleeping.

I guess it all depends on how "far" into it you fly, huh?.
It is said that certain areas are not good "flying zones" because of the effect that it has on magnetic compasses, watches and other instrumentations.

I agree.
The Bermuda Triangle is said to be one of only 2 places on the planet where a compass points to True North insted of Nagnetic North.
That produces an error of approximately 2500 miles.
That certainly can cause anyone to get lost forever.

mi nuh tink soh....cause even if they are lost, wouldn't they find some civilization with a PHONE, and CALL their peeps to say...'Umm...I'm lost!'
the only other explanation is that...they fly until the gas done and end up crashing somewhere..(sorry for being so morbid)..or they fly and land on some deerted island....with no way to conatact anyone or anything...and then end up dying...(sorry agai)
but isn;t there some king of gadget in the plane to notify the other "plane people"...that they are lost...and need help...or does that get all messed up along with the needle.??

Not really.
That area produces an anomoly of an enormous proportion commonly known as magnetic storms.
This is a phenomenon that distrupt all electromagnetic radiation.
All electronic communications: (radios, cellphones, navigatinal systems, you name it,) employs the use of electromagnetism in order to operate.
Scientist believes that there is a presence of a "Black Hole" there, an invisible void in spce that literally sucks in radio waves ,thereby prventing any transmission of signals.
Thats the same reason why, when taking off or landing, passengers are asked to turn off all cell phones and electronic devices as they can produce electromagnetic radiation that will affect the electronics onboard the aircraft.
Same reason why visitors to a critical care unit of a hospital is asked to do same.
