Today I went to the Gym and ran 4 10 min miles, did some pilates and worked my shoulders on the weights....wwheew! mi tired.

Gonna do it again tomorrow too....tried on my bikini today........needa hit the gym hard!

Today i travelled to visit my friend, went shopping bought new shoes, pants and a top for this party we are going to tonight. Had some JA fried chicken and rice with nuff gravy and pepper, sooooo good.

Had the best Date...in NYC. He is smart, motivated, sweet. charming, owns his own business, and he was very into me. I like him. we will mos def go out again.

Went to church but was so devastated by allergies and the resulting drowsiness of the medication that I had to leave prematurely.

Went home, slept for almost 3 hours but was still overwhelmed with the sneezin, itchy throats and runny nose.

Interesting and a bummer..... Today and the last three days I havent stopped sneezing miself...but thats about all...the eyes havent been bothersome musch yet.
