hey Lily, those tickers are really cool.
Some of our members forget sometimes that EverythingJamaican is here to show the world how good hearted Jamaicans are, and how wonderful a place Jamaica is. Members get lost in personal squabbles and they do it in public which gives the world a bad impression of us. Jamaicans are all over the world, always trying to reach out to other Jamaicans, and they do it here on this site. We created a little section for members to socialize and chat, form clubs etc, but still they argue in public for the world to see. There are a lot of really great folks in here and I enjoy reading most of their posts. I like it when members other than Jamaican can say they really like this site because that is one of my goals here. This forum sells Jamaica every day and we should try and support that.  Domo

Thought I would bump this thread since it's Christmas Eve . . .
2007 brought significant personal "challenge" to me, but I anxiously await 2008 and all that it has to offer. And, as I look forward to 2008, I reminisce about 2007 . . . I remember how I felt last Christmas when I wrote this thread. Tonight, I don't feel any different. ETJ has seen significant "challenge". The Board saw dissention, a great divide -- and then a huge reconnection, and ETJ lives stronger than ever. Some members on the Board have disappeared, new members have joined. Some members have come to know prosperity; others have found special "love" . . . while others have suffered set-backs and loss. A lesson or two has been learned; awareness has been spread. To each and every one of you . . . "thank you" for the smiles . . . as well as the tears in 2007. Thank for the love, support, and sharing of knowledge. Thank you . . . for always being there. So, as we look to 2008, let us give thanks for all that's important to us . . . for me, it's my faith and belief in the Lord, Jesus Christ, my daughters, my family, my dear friends, my health . . . and to ETJ! Merry Christmas everyone! Peace and blessings!!!!

Lilly I was gona bump this.. just to see you bumped it at Xmas... ETJ is right... I miss Shaz's company on ETJ and at nite on the phone tremendously and I wish him all the best and love he deserves!!!!

What's right is that in a difficult time everybody forgets about the anger we sumtimes have towards eachodda and we support one anudda, just sad its only when sumthing drastic like that happens
