I admit that my focus has been good since December . . . until a few weeks ago. I admit I've gained 3 pounds, but still down 28.

I admit... I'm trying to lose some that I gained back as well!! I've lost ten pounds since April (I'm not doing the fasting... I'm doing it the hard way! lol)

and yes effortless in JA its the natural food, lots of water, sun, long walks and................
I wish I only had 3 . . . but I have 3 + a whole lot more. I'd hoped to have an additional 10 off before this trip, and I'm trying to get myself back in that mindset. I'm walking 2 - 4 nights per week, but it's not enough. I'm working 10 - 12 hours per day, so increasing my exercise is not working right now.
