For di past 2 weeks I've been having constant headaches which have escalated to migraines.... for 2 weeks straight...
I've taken every medication you could imagine even went as far as having to have doses of pure morphine. (giving shots only by a doctor of course)..
But nothing is working.. I sleep approx.. 3 full hours a day, if I can even fall asleep.. So far deh are no signs of a tumor or any reasonable explaination..
But I feel f***ed up... If anyone has any suggestions, (that don't involve anal beads Urban) please do give me your input on tings I should try....

Well I suffer from chronic headaches too......Sometimes a hot cloth over my eyes helps......sometimes a cold cloth works.....also you should avoid caffiene and chocolate and anything with MSG in it....find someone to give you a head massage..those really work...no joke there......and my heart goes out to you cause I know how you are feeling!

And baby.... headache or not... GG stays GG, so if yuh need any help with the "exersizes and remedies" that are mentioned ina di site.. di NightNurse right here for yuh!!!

I have high metabloism which keeps me with a lot of energy so sometimes I may not be sleepy until 2am.. But I've had dat all my life, so i'm used to it.. It's just dat now when I go to sleep I can never stay sleep because of these headaches...

Worrying about anything? Stressed?. Take 8 hours a ETJ a day. Take a vacation or a few days off, read and rest and remember any failure we face in life in not the end of the world. Finally, NEVER return to the doctor who gave you morphine.

I agree with that 100%

The headaches could have something to do with your lack of sleep, and the lack of sleep could have something to do with sleep apnea. Have your had your sleep patterns checked or talked to your doctor about it?

So I guess the blood test should rule out hyperthyroidism (spl..JamCan?)
