Ever started to do something, but refrained and later thought to yourself, with a huge sigh of relief, "I am so glad I didn't..."?

Sometimes I wish this would occur with me more often, but I did have one of those moments last Friday. Was at my doctor's office waiting to get my second in the series of hep A&B shots. The waiting area was packed, with lots of sniffling kids running around. The young woman sitting next to me had the dearest little daughter--a year and half, maybe 2 years, old--who busied herself cruising around the waiting room, often stopping in front of me, looking at me intently, and smiling sweetly.

I am so glad that, about the fourth time the little girl stopped in front of me and smiled, I didn't turn to the mother--as I almost did--and quip, "I've still got it!"

LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! Why are you glad about that??? You TOTALLY should have! Myself, being a mother would have laughed hysterically, and nothing else. Unless you look like Michael Jackson or R.Kelly I'd say you have nothing to worry about!


Now me on the other hand.....I skipped my staff xmas party this year for good reason. And I'm glad I didn't go. Last year I got sooooooooo drunk, I had name tags stuck all over me with random notes on it, I went pee in the men's bathroom barging in on a bunch of guys I work with who were standing at urinals, my bar tab was over $100 and I left without paying because I was so drunk I assumed someone else paid. The bar called my work the next day telling them I walked out. It was a party that EVERYONE was still talking about this year. People actually got MAD at me this year because I said I WASN'T going!!!! LOL
