Guuurrrlll, the only thing i know how to do is put oil in the car when it needs it, and change a flat...that's bout it....oh and i know how to put GAS in the car!

The minute I had my own car, my father taught me how to change its oil. But that was back in the day when I had a 1976 Pontiac Grand Prix, (in 1986) the car was so big, you could sit in the engine compartment lol. I don't think I could change the oil in my Escort now. My boyfriend is a mechanic so I don't have to sweat that stuff now

Mair I hear ya. My roommate is a mechanic too so I don't sweat it neither. But really, I'd like to learn how to change a flat in case I get stranded one day. Can anyone change a flat?

Yes, I can do an oil change on my car, also a tune up ( change spark plugs air filters etc), change the wiper motor....my boyfriend of 2 yrs taught me how to do it.I can change flats but I haven't done it in a while.

well those things tend to come wit having 2 lazy bro's tha rather sit and tell u what to do, so wit that i can change a flat, check and change my oil, also my brake fluid, jump start my battery etc etc etc i guess i can survive

I really find girls who can work on cars, and drive cars like they are ment to be driven attractive.

I know how to change a flat and how to change the oil although I've never actually had to do either.

The ocasions in which I would have had to change a flat some big strong man alway stepped in and did it for me LOL. Including the day I was driving back fron Houston home to Oklahoma and got a flat pulled over to the side of the road and was trying to dig my spare and jack from under my luggage and junk. It was like 7am and noone was out but me and 18 wheelers. Just as I got the tire out a truck pulled up behind me and the guy got out and changed my tire for me and told me to make sure I let people know that not all truckers are bad. LOL That was sooo cool lol cuz truckers are always in a rush, and he just pulled over to be a gentleman. It was like 25 degrees and sleeting, it would have definatly took me 30 mins to do my self.
