You see many of those allover Hartford, CT as well as Springfield, MA.

The latest one now is the car apron with the Jamaican flag.

I need to step it up!!! I only have the flag on my front license plate. We only use real plates on the back here.

He has a flag on the front as well and has green and yellow in the spokes. Its bad yu bumbo!!
