Teach,
Tru, tru, some con men are gonna be smarter than the average bear. But I think that MOST users think that they can get away with the usual bellsh*t. You're beautiful, blah di blah di blah. If they're ready for the question, yes they can have thought of some good answers. But I think if you catch'em off guard, they're gonna give some old canned lyric. But now it sounds like I'm making it into a trap!!

Another telling question........"How would you describe me to your friends and family"

I truly think that no man can pull the cashmere (that's an upgrade) over our eyes if we WANT to keep them open. Too many women don't want to open them. It will destroy the fantasy, the myth, not to mention the vacation and the sex!!!

well I honestly believe woman who are fooled often pull the wool over their own eyes...and they also just don't take enough time....slow and steady...give anyone enough time and they will really reveal themselves..... Maya Angelou once said.."When someone shows you who they are, believe them" Countless stories of women asking for advice...when the answer is so blatantly apparent, they just don't want to look. Not saying this is one size fits all story, but its mostly true. The signs are always there

I could not have said it better. I agree with every word of this post, Teach.

The signs are always there. Some just choose not to see them.

Some see the signs but make excuses for why they stay . . . Others still ignore it because they feel that what they have is better than being alone.

I certainly don't judge any one for doing what ever in those situations...when the heart is invested that deeply...

I have been through some sketchy times to say the least in my own situation...I was never able to turn and walk away...I never will. In the end for me it was a good thing I didn't cause it would have been the wrong thing to do...for me...I had to take a lot of time and a lot of patience and I had to see past some really hopeless things to get where I am now...but in the end our love has never wavered and ...well we will see where it goes next.

I love my man and he his Jamaican..I'm glad that I met him..we talk about any and everything..most importantly,im grateful that he has helped me to see alot of the hypocrisy that exists in our world today even in religion, politics, business, people, relationships,et c..even the topic of this thread..we've discussed it all.

Yeah, this week has made me feel that way too, Lil.

I meant I didn't see the joke when I made that comment.
