A father of a high-school student is infuriated after he said a teacher provided "banned books" to her 11th-grade students, including at least one with explicit descriptions of homosexual sex acts, rape, masturbation, profane language and even bestiality. See more below

Perversion 101: Kids taught 'gay' sex, rape, bestiality

This is what our public high schools have come too and this is very distrrubing to say the least. I have a teenager in public High School. I be so glad when he graduates. We have not had to deal with anything of this nature as of yet.

Parents what are your views on public, private or homeschooling?

This is what our public high schools have come too and this is very distrrubing to say the least. I have a teenager in public High School. I be so glad when he graduates. We have not had to deal with anything of this nature as of yet.

Public... Only if there is no choice

Homeschool... If I had the patience and desire I would do it in a heart beat! My sis in-law has and continues to homeschool all of her children. My nephew just started college this year and will major in psychology and music theory (or something like that). Anyhow... all of her kids are brilliant and it's not because they are gifted. AND... they are more socially adaptable then the average school child.

Private.... This is what I currently do and am in full support of. I LOVE the school my children attend. Just to have my children attend the private school I selected for them, I drive them an hour each way to school. It's well worth it in every aspect!! I just wish I could receive the tax credit I believe I deserve!!!

Hey Ja cool!!! I feel ya on the private school thang. That is great to hear about your sis-n-law doing the homes school. If I had little children I would want the to be home schooled however by some one else..LOl I am like you no patience. Second option would be private. I understand your sacrifice I would do it too. Public well my son is a teenager and about to graduate in 2 years so he's almost done. Then College.

I must admit though..... I came from public and I'm not so bad!!

Actually, if I don't get an increase in salary by the time my children are in high school, I may have to put them in the public school system. The price tag is a bit shockingly high!!

LOL!! me too and I was an honor student and did honor courses in college for the time I was there...did not finish though.
