Re: Respecting the Dead
Peeps should be respected the same... ALIVE or DEAD!!! There should be no difference.

So therefore, what does that tell you about your karma?

Unless I am mistaken , i think you are misunderstanding the general idea.
Dead people should not be DIS -respected for dissing sake. My position is, that the dead who have lived a life befitting that of a true humanitarian should be honored; but I dont believe that someone should be respected simply because they have passed away; especially when they lived a life of ill-repute.

Never mind. I think I am all out of Karma and too tired to debate this.

This is what I sorta meant.... Respect should go both ways... not to just wait until another dies.

Are you implying that David Carradine lived a life of ill repute?
If not, I don't understand why you're bring up the issue of ill repute in response to my response to your previous thread about Carradine.
As for my reaction to your previous thread, obviously you have the right to express your feelings whatever they are.
I'll just avoid threads that I find tedious, annoying, pointless and in bad taste. Fair enough.

I don't know if he was referring to David, or just people in general, but, David lived a full life and died at a ripe old age, i don't think it would be mean to poke at him! lol
