Surrogate Mother..
Would you be a surrogate mother for a close friend or relative who cannot have children?

Or if you cannot have children, would you get a one?

NO! It's a compassionate thing to do, but my heart couldn't give that baby up. That baby growing inside of me I would want it, I couldn't hand it over after the nine months

no, simply because I couldn't see my self giving up a child i carried for nine months and delivered. I also couldn't donate my eggs, any children of mine will be mine!

But the thing is...it's not your egg, they fertilised the woman's egg with the man's sperm in a petri dish and insert it inside your womb, would you still keep the baby?..

Yes! That's what I said, if it was growning in my body for nine months and I delivered it I would not be able to sign it over. But I was also adding in the possibility of it being my egg to given to someone else.

If I couldn't have kids I'd adopt. Because I know how I'd feel if it was me being a surrogate and i wouldn't want to get all excited and attached only to have her change her mind and I not get the child.

Yes I would do it for like my cousin that I'm close to or soemthing! I wouldn't ask someone to do it though, I don't want them to feel pressured and I am not paying anyone either... mi nuh promote sellin picni! Anyway mi still need fi breed up before it get late!

Well then if that is the case then I would just say no from the get go to avoid me having a nervous break down. I would still want to keep the baby even though biologically it wasn't mine but it grew inside of me depended on ME for life. So I would naturally have some attachment to it.

and before you even get a surrogate mother, whoever your choice is, i think they sign some kind of document to say that the surrogate would not change her mind to keep the baby, if she dose then that would be a court thing...

So there is alot to think about and go thru when doing these things..


Me I think I would for a close relative or friend, and I wouldn't have a problem giving up the baby either....
