Who are you? Are you consistant in everything you do which makes you come to the point where you can really say who you are?

What kind of personality do you have? characteristics/trades

Name one thing that would automatically make people say "thats typical ......."

Are you happy with YOU? what are sum areas that you need you need to work on? Do you strive to be a better YOU?

What do you like best and hate the most about YOU?

I'm pretty much cosistent in who I am, I've always been this girl. Its when my friends change or move on that they no longer want to associate with the "same" me, and vice versa. Times change, its like that reason, season, lifetime thing.

Ridiculous humor, I laugh my way into or out of anything, no bullshy-t attitude, totally free spirited, love my alone time, reclusive sometimes, in your face other times, don't put up with crap and when i see it too often I get bored and move on.

Pretty much, I don't have too many complaints about me. The rest of the question is too broad to explain in typing. I hate typing long stuff.

What do you like best and hate the most about YOU?

Like best = Resilient, I bounce back easy after hardship and keep laughing.

Worst = Mood swings.

The most consistent thing about me is that I am not consistent.

On a serious note, my most consistent aspects I believe are that I live by a certain code of principles which include respect for all regardless of race, color, creed or age and never allowing another persons opinion of me to become my reality.

I hate nothing about me but what I like the least is the fact that I am too inwardly emotional. Meaning...I care much more than I care, to care...at times.

ONE of the things I like the most about me is my ability to easily "see through" people. My first impression about people I meet is usually correct.

I have a warm, pleasant but firm personality and often take my time in befriending people that I meet in a professional environment.
From a social aspect, I dont believe in formalities or ice-breaking. I am confident, cool, casual and can sometimes roll off as being conceited.

Who are you? Are you consistant in everything you do which makes you come to the point where you can really say who you are? I am not consistent I get very excited about something then it tends to fizzle, but I do know what I like and dislike and what make me me and different from other people.

What kind of personality do you have? characteristics/trades I am very analytical, silly at times, motherly, smart and independent

Do you strive to be a better YOU?Although many other people are happy with me and say oh your doing so good considering some people that grew up in the “hood” or from the friends you grew up with, I am not happy and feel I need to doing more I don’t want to be doing good considering I want to just be doing good, i also feel i need to work on letting people in alot of people lean on me during hard times but i tend to stay to myself and keep everything in so i am holding up everyone else problems and my own.

I hate that I have to think about everything and make things more then what it is I am very critical and break the littlest things down to smallest form and it don’t be that serious. The best thing about me is I am very understanding and comforting when it comes to other people

I am me, however I learn a little bit about ME every day.. I have changed a lot in teh last couple of months and I am proud of myself even if others would prefer me to stay "the way" I used to be, I can only hope to continue growing. Sumtimes I hate being so unconsistant, confused.. but then again thats what I like best about me too

I wasn't always happy with who I am, and despite the fact I really haven't changed, I'm quite content now with what I'm working with. Being 45 gives one a different perspective on life!!! Of course I always strive to be a better "me"; hence my life on ETJ. I joined ETJ right about the time I was a new manager -- struggling with being "too honest". ETJ gave me a forum to "practice" being nice and speaking politically correct.

I like most things about me . . . my stability, my ability to be resilient, my stamina for tough projects, my intellect, my marketability in the workforce, my integrity . . . but mostly, what I like about me is that I'm honest WITH MYSELF! Not a lot of people can be totally honest with themselves. Think about that!!!!! What I hate the most about myself is that my heart's been broken way too many times . . . and, as such, I'm bitter. I need to work on that.

I'm not very consistent. I get bored easily and have to change things up.

I'm Kinda stubborn, quiet until you get to know me (after about 30 sec), always laughing and smiling..even when I shouldn't be, and very laid back.

I'm always striving to be better....wanting to be more giving and caring.

I love my positive outlook and drive to succeed.

I hate when I unintentionally hurt others and completely miss it.... I also can't stand the fact that I am very forgetful.

I have a type a personality (taber) which causes me to muti-task when I am awake---I can't just sit down and eat, I need to have something to read or play with. Being on-line with 5-15 windows open makes me happy jumping from site to site.

A negative part of this is being very sensitive to time and how long things should take. More often than not I drive away from drive up windows when they take too long betting my coffee or food. Same goes for restaurants, I'll drive around for two hours looking for one with no wait instead of waiting 20 minutes at the first one.

If I wasn't doing 5 things at once I would answer all 5 of your questions, Instead I answered one.

I am often in my own world... some people take that as rude... I'm not being rude I just haven't noticed them yet.

Who are you? Are you consistant in everything you do which makes you come to the point where you can really say who you are? Yes, it took me many years to find myself but I am who I am and there aren't many surprises

What kind of personality do you have? characteristics/trades. Very Loyal, I am the one you come to with all your problems and I will be in your corner 100%.

Name one thing that would automatically make people say "thats typical .......". When an employer starts making my life miserable and suddenly I just don't show up anymore...I have a history of that.

Are you happy with YOU? what are sum areas that you need you need to work on? Do you strive to be a better YOU? I am very happy with me. I need to learn how to say no to people without feeling guilty. I am the better me after years of working on it.

What do you like best and hate the most about YOU? I like that people trust me and that I am well respected in my industy. I don't really hate anything about me.
