Anyways all of this has opened up a lot in me, and I need to deal with "baggage" I have been carrying around since I was 8 yrs old now... I guess it was bound to happen sum day... I am sure in the end it will have made me stronger and wiser

Yes you are strong and aint nothing wrong with feeling embarassed about how you may behave, I too feel that way many times, but dont feel ashamed.....have you killed somebody? My issues went back to when I was 4 years old, so I relate to how vast things appear, but if you remember the power that you have and harness the strength that has made you resilient, you will realise that you have all that it takes to to turn this thing around....there is a giant in your life called pain and all you need is one little stone called frogiveness to take him down once and for all.

and when you shut your eyes to go to sleep think about all the wonderful things about yourself and all the nice things everyones ever said to you and think about how people youve never met or spoke to yet can feel your personality, strength and humility shining through the words you say.

Hey thanks ladies, I was thinking of posting this thread during the day but I am happy I woke up at 4 am and felt compelled to post it while surrounded by Brits , thank you for listening and for the tips and for letting me share with you... I am gonna go take a shower and surprise Nigel by taking him to Dunkin Donuts before going to school

GG I just fell in love with you all over again. I didnt' even read past your first post, that's all I needed. I know I've told you before that you NEED to get angry but people have to do shyt in their OWN time. I'm really glad your therapist gave you that advice because you have so much pent up inside that its been killing me waiting for you to explode.

And on another note....I'll listen to your crap anytime. I used to not think I had the ability to hear it all the time but its amazing what a person can handle for someone they love.

You will get through all this girl.
