Well depends on what last nite is.... 5 hrs ago or the night before?

Havent slept good in months Guess thats why I am cranky sumtimes too... lawks I have issues LOLOLOLOLOL (with good I mean over 5 hrs I guess)

Its also hard if the things that haunt you are involving anudda person and that person aint willing to give you any closure

Well it explains much!!! I see some of our stuff in a different light now...... guess I have closure now too

Back to you though, this will be a long and challenging process GG, depending on what you need to unpack.....be honnest and take your armour off, stand naked and not ashamed, you'll get there.

That is part of the problem GG! quit waiting for others to define your feelings, you cant control the behaviour of others, does that mean that you allow them to control your life?, no you can't!......you have to accept that's how they are, is how they are and decide that you have to deal with it in a way that enables you to "live", not exist, but live and the way you do that is to forgive them for pain that they have caused you. You may never forget, as some wounds are deep........but forgive them GG and see how liberating that will be.

Yes it is, I learnt it as part of my Journey......painful as it was....sometimes we just dont realise that we hold the keys to our prison gate, and we can step outside anytime we want, its just that the mind is a powerful weapon that we often turn on ourselves.....we all do!

I guess in one way or the other I am not asmahed of WHAT I feel, but I am in what it has done to me.. as in... how my feelings reflect in my daily activities, mood swing LOL etc etc I get vex one second and feel all lovey dovey the next..

My therapist told me she sees a strong woman in me, I felt like a loser when I realised I was feeding this thing all by myself, see I am hopeful, normally people get hopeful because their hopes are being fed.. mine isnt, so she said that it takes a lot of strength feeding my feelings all by myself for such a long time and not giving up, still being able to see the postive eventhough there is next to no prospect in my issue... then she said.. dont you think those who dont see that are @ssholes? I laughed, was kinda thrown off by her saying that. ..but then I realised.. YES they are @ssholes (gosh I was due for therapy LOLOLLOLOL)

Anyways all of this has opened up a lot in me, and I need to deal with "baggage" I have been carrying around since I was 8 yrs old now... I guess it was bound to happen sum day... I am sure in the end it will have made me stronger and wiser
