Did it make you feel Embarrased, Angry or Sad?

Did you feel that you were being patronized?

Did you still try to convince the person of how you felt or did you immedately let it go?

Did you respect their honesty, or did you consoled yourself by convincing yourself that you were too good for them?

I would probably be sad and embarrassed and then proceed with being a fake friend of theirs, all the while I'm really jealous of any other relationship they have. And I'd enter into a constant love/hate thing making them feel like crap whenever I can.

I've recently said those words to somebody . . . it was difficult to do so. He's so "my list" . . . but truly not "my love". I wish I could feel for him the way he feels for me, but I just don't -- and I can't create those feelings. It's a difficult position to be in. We're "perfect" for each other . . . but I don't feel any sparks/no chemistry. He, however, feels all of that for me. Currently, we're continuing to "talk" . . . but it's becomes difficult when we see each other. He wants to hug and kiss . . . and I don't.

I have said it....actually alot......it's never been said to me but I imagine if it was, like Jam, I would feel embarrased and like Jam would continue to talk hoping the b....h he is with falls and busses her face!!!

But time is the healer of all things.... and that, like things before will pass!!

I've never had it said to me. I've said it before. Honestly, if there is sparks for one of the people involved, it is kind of an ackward situation for the other. I try really hard to keep up the friendship. For the most part, I am usually wondering why I bother.
