Ladies....

Let say, after months of planning and anticipation, you and your best friend finally took that exotic vacation you both been dreaming of.

First day out of your hotel rooms you BOTH bumped into the most "drop-dead" georgeous guy you have ever met.
Your heart skips a beat, there is a song in your heart...You hear your voice saying "Yes, he's the one!"
You all exchange pleasantries and after small talk, he invited you both for an afternoon swim or sailing out on the bay.

You all had a great time, chatting, laughing and getting to know each other. Throughout that time, you cant help but feel that you are falling more and more for this guy. Everytime he leans towars you to refill your glass you feel liek your heart skips a beat.

He does a good job of showering both you and your friend with mutual compliments, but you somehow cant help but feel that when ever he looks into your eyes, you see something special burning just for you. But he hasnt made a honest gesture to flirt with you nor your friend in any obvious manner...the perfect gentleman.

The day went well, your head is in a daze, as he walked you both back to your hotel, he extended another invitation: dinner that same evening. You both accepted.
As you and your friend got back to the room, you noticed that she was also beaming, obviously enthralled by this new hunk of a man.

However, now you are beginning to suspect that she is as enamored with him as you are, yet, she makes no attempt to talk about him.

What would you do next?
Would you:

• Start a conversation about him to get her response?
• Jump at first dibs by, openly declaring your interest in him?
• Continue to play it by ear, and wait to see who he eventually chooses?
• Make your move by showing him that you are obviously interested?
  
  OR
• Assume that she likes him, boost yourself up with the "more fish in the sea" theory and just back off?

TO be honest... any man doing the aforementioned is clearly playing both women and i would see through it instantly. I would never have fallen for the guy in the situation described above... although I am certain that others might. I'm just way too skeptical of situations like those. i've seen too much.

Bottom line for me though is that a man will never come between me and my friend. And I can say that with absolute confidence.

Is it possible that he is just being a good host and really has absolutely no interest in either friend, beyond just hanging out with them and having a good time?
