First of all I think if you WOULD be embarrassed if someone read it, that means you ARE 100% honest in it! I was embarrassed when I read my OWN diaries!!!!

I used to keep them religiously until I had my son (too busy). Not long ago during packing my house up to move, I came across my high school diaries and decided to read some. It was embarrassing.

I actually liked re-reading my diaries though, it made me know teenagers these days aren't so screwed up, they're just like we were.

1) Yes. Every single night. Can't sleep without doing it now. I've been keeping a journal for 20 years.
2) I am 100% honest --- that's kinda the point.
3) Never share.
4) I wouldn't be terrified because there is nothing in there that is hurtful to others.

I would never read someone else's private thoughts... that is just wrong to me.
