I can only speak from the perspective of being single. Single life is good when you're younger. That is the time to get to know yourself, others and what you really want in life. It is the time to explore, be adventurous and fulfill some of your dreams.

Yet, I'd prefer married life. I think it is better. When one is trouble or discomforted the other can comfort and encourage. Also, the older I get I become more of a homebody and love to cater to the needs of others.

Being single is what you make it. It can be hard. It can also be easy.

The older I get, the harder the single life seems to be.

but let me speak from the perspective of the "PLURALEE" (god a luv mek up new words) I sometimes would rather if I was single again, living free , from woman stress, but it depends on the mind and how much it has been conditioned (matured) cause yu hav married people who are so happy and cant get enough of each other and you have some who caan wait to hop di nex bus as it comes along.

After living that life for almost a decade and raising a kid in tow, I can say that there are absolute benefits in living alone.
Is it the best thing for me? Absolutely not.
But some things are worth the wait.

For many, for financial and security reasons it may be necesary to have a partner to shoulder the daily cost of living. Lets face it, aint no shame in declaring financial embarrasment these days.

Is it harder to be single?
That depends on the perspective.
When "coupled" it is certainly easier to fulfill one's intimate needs.
So too, its easier finding someone to unwind with at the end of the day or cuddle up to or have candlelight dinners with on Friday nights.

I think it is easier to be single. But, I prefer the married life.

I love my freedom and I love my space. I know all of that's about to change when I get married. But I'm looking forward to married life, and I know that it'll definitely be nice to have two incomes.
