I used to set "limits" for myself, either way--but I've learned now that you have to take each situation on it's own merit. I'm currently with someone who, by some standards people would say is "way too young for me" and yet she is more mature than many my age and older. I've learned that if you never say never, you can be open-minded and find happiness. This has also taught me not to judge others' relationships.

Times are definitely changing. Just recently saw a show on "Cougars", women around 40 (give or take) who date men in their 20's. Quite interesting. I say when dating, age is just a number. The point of dating is to have a relatonship that is fun and fulfilling. When relationships turn serious though and life decisions and choices become a factor in the relationship...oh how the ages matter. Bottom line is two people need to want the same in life for serious relationships to prosper. The question is can a younger person really know what their goals are? The older I get the more I say no way. When I was 23 though, I knew everything.
